I am Nurjahan, a strategic leadership coach, a former director in central UK government, and a visibly Muslim woman who has spent 27 years operating inside the systems my clients are navigating.
I served at director level in central UK government, advised the Prime Minister and ministers, and led a £17 billion COVID-19 change portfolio. I have been the only one in the room more times than I can count — and I have navigated exactly what the women I work with are navigating, at the sharp end, for nearly three decades.

The investment.
This is a premium, one-to-one engagement. The investment reflects the depth of access, the seniority of the strategic input, and six months of sustained, undivided attention. It is priced for a senior professional who is ready to move and understands the cost of not doing so.
Engagements range from £3,500 to £6,500, depending on the depth of input required. Your specific investment is confirmed on the discovery call, once we have established your goals and what the work needs to look like to produce them.
Focused engagement — from £3,500
Structured strategic engagement built around sustained 1:1 coaching, the core methodology, frameworks, and forward positioning strategy.
Standard engagement — typically £4,500 to £5,500
Fuller engagement with additional strategic input, including direct between session WhatsApp or Voxer access for real-time input as situations arise. The most common structure for women navigating active repositioning throughout the programme.
Bespoke engagement — up to £6,500
A deeper, sustained engagement for women whose situations require ongoing strategic partnership and the highest level of access. Reserved for complex, high-stakes career situations.

You will not have to explain it. I am a visibly Muslim woman myself, and faith and identity are integrated into how I work. You can talk about prayer times, Ramadan, hijab, family obligations, and the experience of being the only one in the room without translating any of it.

How it Works
Step 1: Book your discovery call
Choose a time and complete a short pre-call form. That form is the first step in the work, it asks you to name where you are and what you want to move.
Step 2: We talk
A focused 45-minute conversation about where you are, what you are trying to move, and whether this engagement is the right fit. I will tell you honestly if I do not think it is.
Step 3: We confirm the engagement
If we are both clear this is the right fit, I will send your agreement and onboarding details to get the work underway.
Step 4: We begin
Your first session is scheduled, your six-month engagement starts, and for the first time in a long time, you are not navigating this alone.
