    I will be in touch within 3 days to arrange a preliminary consultation call.

  • During the consultation call, I explore with you your specific needs, goals, and the challenges you are facing. I will provide an overview of how my services can meet your needs, along with bespoke recommendations.

  • Based on the consultation, I build a detailed proposal that includes the scope of services, project timeline, expected outcomes, and associated fees.

    Once you have reviewed and approved the proposal, I will send relevant contracts and invoicing to get started.

  • Services are implemented according to the agreed proposal. This might involve leadership training sessions, DEI strategy development, keynote speaking, cultural audits, or mentorship programmes.

    Regular updates and adjustments ensure the services are aligned with your evolving needs and feedback.

  • At the end of the engagement period, I conduct an evaluation to assess the impact of the services provided. This involves gathering feedback from you, if applicable, your team members.

    We review the progress made towards the initial goals and discuss any further needs or adjustments.

  • After the project concludes, I offer follow-up support to ensure that you continue to benefit from the implemented changes. This may include additional training, refresher courses, or ongoing consultancy.
